You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information current throughout your membership. mpo35 will not be held liable for any loss arising from incorrect details provided by a Member — including failed withdrawals resulting from mismatched bank account names.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. mpo35 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity carried out under your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified mpo35 of unauthorised access as soon as you become aware of it.
mpo35 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (b) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (c) the Member's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose mpo35 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
mpo35 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and legally compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed for the first time, and periodically thereafter at mpo35's discretion.

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB, Monday–Friday). Withdrawals will be held in a pending state until verification is approved. mpo35 will notify you by email and/or live chat once your verification is complete.
mpo35 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. mpo35 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any transaction denominated in a currency other than IDR will be rejected.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may also be subject to per-day, per-week, or per-month caps applied either by mpo35 or by the payment provider. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited to your mpo35 Wallet Balance in real time — typically under 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are credited within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours. Deposits made outside Indonesian banking hours (including public holidays) may experience delays.
Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. mpo35 does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts, e-wallets, or payment instruments. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be returned (minus any applicable transfer fees) and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed and no active wagering-requirement obligations remaining on the funds you wish to withdraw. mpo35 applies a "same-method" withdrawal policy to prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts; however, withdrawals above Rp 100.000.000 per transaction may be subject to enhanced review and additional processing time.
E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 60 seconds to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during standard WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday–Saturday). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing on the next available banking session.
mpo35 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal pending completion of security checks, KYC verification, or investigation of account activity flagged by our risk management systems. Members will be notified within 24 hours if a withdrawal hold is applied, along with the reason and estimated resolution timeline.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by mpo35 are subject to the terms of the specific promotion under which they are awarded, and to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10× (ten times) the combined deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example: if you deposit Rp 500.000 and receive a 100% welcome bonus of Rp 500.000, you must place total bets of at least Rp 10.000.000 before the bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard slot titles (including slot gacor — Indonesian high-volatility slot games) typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10%. Sportsbook bets at minimum odds of 1.50 typically contribute 100%. mpo35 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on opposing outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of result (hedging), systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine entertainment intent, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where bonus abuse is detected, mpo35 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and close the account.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 7 days from the date of award. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the mpo35 Sportsbook Rules document. Key principles include: (a) bets are binding once confirmed; (b) mpo35 reserves the right to void bets where obvious pricing errors have occurred; (c) in-play bets may be rejected or delayed during periods of high server load or network instability; (d) mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets follow standard accumulator settlement rules — a single void leg reduces the accumulator rather than voiding the entire bet.
Live casino game outcomes are determined by the licensed game supplier's certified RNG or by the physical outcome of cards dealt or dice rolled by live dealers, as applicable. In the event of a technical failure mid-round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned. mpo35 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Member's internet connection failure during a live game round.
Slot game outcomes are determined by the game supplier's certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages; individual session outcomes may vary significantly from the stated RTP. mpo35 does not manipulate RTP settings beyond the parameters provided by the licensed game supplier.
Individual game titles may impose maximum single-session or single-spin win limits as set by the game supplier.
